Log in to the “Client Area”
Click on “My Products & Services”
Locate the product/service you would like to cancel and on the right side is an icon with a green arrow pointing to the right, click it.
Near the bottom of the page you should see a “Request Cancellation” button, click it.
Enter a reason and choose the Cancellation Type
Click the “Request Cancellation” button
Your product/service will be cancelled per your settings.
